The GDPR anonymizer menu can be found in the Settings menu.
In the menu item accessible with administrative rights, the system provides the possibility to search for records and calls based on phone number details in the entire system, and after the desired narrowing of these data, the data, calls and voices are permanently anonymized, so that the results of the statistics available in the system are not modified by anonymization.
This option became available due the adoption of the General Data Protection Regulation, which ensures that a customer can be anonymized.
The General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679, “GDPR”) is a Regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy in the EU and the European Economic Area (EEA). The GDPR’s primary aim is to enhance individuals’ control and rights over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business.[1] Superseding the Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC, the regulation contains provisions and requirements related to the processing of personal data of individuals, formally called “data subjects”.
