System requirements

For the optimal operation of the system, we recommend the use of the Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox browsers.

It’s important to use the latest version of the supported browsers in order for the administration interface, web client and monitor to function properly!

How can you check if you are using the latest version of Google Chrome?

  1. Click at the three dots at the right upper corner of Chrome.
  2. Click on Help > About Google Chrome.
  3. After clicking on this menu, Chrome starts to check if you are using the most up-to-date version.

Resolution: 1280×800 or 1280×960 > (minimum resolution) 1920×1080 (recommended)

Headsets: Sennheiser or Jabra products with USB connectivity

Internet speed: 100 kbit/s download and upload speed per agent

Network setup: continuous, non-changing IP address. We recommend using an Internet service with a fixed IPv4 address or a public IPv4 address.

All ports should be enabled to communicate with the IPv4 domain at 185.193.220.0/22.

We do not recommend using Comnica CC with the following browsers:

  • browsers optimized for mobiles,
  • Opera,
  • Internet Explorer (Microsoft Edge),
  • Safari.
