Force logout

There is an option in the monitor’s lonely agents section to force log out the agents who are logged in the Client.

When you hover over an agent, you have the option use the Force Logout button (see image below) to log them out from the Client application if necessary. Pressing the force logout while hovering with the mouse cursor on an agent’s name will log out the agent of the Cient application. In order to use Comnica CC, they would have to login again to the application.

Recommended use cases:

  • The agent left his Client logged in after work hours.
  • The agent spent too much time in an idle state.
  • To warn an agent.
  • Troubleshooting purposes.
Force logout.

On the Admin page in the CC Settings menu by setting “The operator can be logged out from a non-‘pause’ type state as well” to active , the operator can also be logged out from the Client in statuses like “Waiting for Customer”. This switch allows to enable logging out even when the agent is in a status considered as working.

When logged out, agents are directed to the Comnica Client login screen and receive a warning in the upper right corner with the name of the person who logged them out (see image on the right). Agents who have been logged out in this manner will need to log back into the application to use Comnica CC again.
