Scheduled reports

Statistics and reports available on the Comnica CC interface can be sent by e-mail from the “Statistics templates” menu.

To do this, we need to create a template by clicking the button.

  • Template name

    The desired name of the template. Helps to distinguish multiple templates.

  • Template state

    Active: the statistics are sent with the specified conditions. It can be deactivated later.

    Inactive: the template is created, sending is paused. It can be activated later.

  • Subject

    The subject of the email to be sent.

  • From

    The recipient will see this address as the sender in the e-mail containing the statistics.

  • Recipient(s)

    Who will receive the statistics by e-mail.

  • Copy(s)

    The e-mail address entered here will also receive the e-mail containing the statistics.

  • Bcc(s)

    The statistics will also be sent to the e-mail address provided here, however, the other participants will not see that they are also recipients of the letter.

  • Saved search to send

    By using the drop-down menu, you can choose to

  • Send frequency

    Daily, weekly or monthly sending can be specified in the drop-down menu.

  • Hour, minute

    It is important to enter both the hour and the minute in the correct format, for example:

    08 hours and 30 minutes, if we want to send the automatic e-mail at 8:30 in the morning.

The created templates can also be modified afterwards.

The recipient will receive the report as an .xlsx attachment.

The send test e-mail button (available after creating the template) will send a message to the recipient in the template with the informations specified!
